Luis began his professional journey at Best Buy, where he started as a customer service representative at just 16 years old and quickly advanced to the role of Operations Manager by the age of 18. Over the course of 13 years with the company, he gained invaluable experience in customer service, leadership, and operational management.
Following his time at Best Buy, Luis relocated to Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, where he spent eight years working in sales for a travel agency. In this role, he specialized in selling tours, offering local insights to guests, and coordinating airport transportation, further honing his skills in client relations and service excellence.
When the pandemic disrupted the tourism industry, Luis made a strategic transition into merchant services. Over the past four years, he has excelled in this field, learning at scale how to structure, build, create flows & teams. Luis will continue contributing to the mission of us driving forward as we continue to enhance our service offerings.

He started his career in various blue-collar roles, showcasing his versatility and strong work ethic. His entrepreneurial spirit shone through when he co-founded a commercial cleaning company, where he served as COO.
